When planning your events, we love when our clients include a ‘Wow Factor.’ What is a ‘Wow Factor’ you may ask? A ‘Wow Factor’ is that extra oomph that takes your event from ordinary to next level. Those WOW moments, big or little, are what your guests or clients will remember.

We start off by getting an idea of what our clients like. Are they into vintage pieces or furniture? Do they love florals or lean more towards greenery? Is there anything important to them or symbolic? After piecing together what it is they value, we then try and think of ways to incorporate a ‘Wow Factor’ into their event.

For our wedding clients at The William Vale, we wanted to incorporate their bohemian flair. To wow their guests as soon as they entered the ceremony, we set up a grand entrance by creating their ceremony aisle out of Afgahn rugs. This added a unique and extremely memorable spin to an otherwise ordinary aisle.

For our clients at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge the couple desired an epic dance party. They wanted their guests on the dance floor the entire time and had Cafe Wha? as their band for the evening. The couple also loved greenery and nature. We decided to deck out the stage in total greenery. Not only were their guests grooving to the music but they also loved dancing in front of a sea of greenery on the stage.

For Zoe and Josh’s engagement photos, we wanted to play off of The Greenhouse in The Foundry LIC and incorporate a lounge area. We worked with Something Taylored Rentals and brought in vintage chairs and a rug. The end result was stunning, regal and timeless. The lounge not only added beauty, but also added an extra space for guests to mingle.
