We’re located in Brooklyn, NY! But don’t fret, we’re happy to call an Uber (or hop on a Zoom call) to meet you wherever is most convenient. We’re flexible!

Our email response rate is record-breaking. We respond to emails practically before they’re sent! You’ll hear back from us within 24 hours (but typically much sooner).

  • Rachel takes pride in working with her clients directly. She’s involved from start to finish. When needed, she’ll bring on associates who will work side-by-side with her. She’s met incredible professionals over the years and brings on like-minded and task-oriented individuals like herself.

  • Rachel has been a planner all her life (it’s embedded in her personality) but she’s been professionally planning events since 2010, when she managed nationwide events across college campuses with Rent the Runway. She then went on to assist with event planning at her first venue in 2012. Click here to learn more about Rachel.

  • We’ve planned intimate events for 10 guests and galas for 800! Loved them all.

  • Too many to count! From corporate to social to weddings—there have been hundreds of events.

  • Couples should expect to spend a minimum of $1,000 per guest for a wedding. Please note that this estimate includes the wedding night only, not our planning fee, your wardrobe, etc. To ensure an unforgettable event, we want our clients to experience working with the best vendors possible.   • It depends on your event! Rachel will be your main point of contact and she’ll assemble a team of trusted freelancers and stylists to bring your vision to life. Additionally, she has a team of seasoned operation managers to assist on the Big Day.

  • Super fun :) We’ll take our time getting to know you and your vision for the event. You’ll then be presented with vendors who are not only amazing at what they do, but are also good people. You deserve the best—and that’s what we’ll provide, incorporating unique twists and exciting ideas that reflect your personal taste and style. RBE will be there for you at every moment you want us to be, from setup to take-down. On the day of your party, you’ll be able to be your own guest and not worry about a thing.

  • We’re in the office from Monday to Friday from 10am-5pm. While we’re flexible with evening meetings, we need notice to secure them. It’s very rare that we can take weekend meetings (due to our wedding and social clients), BUT we will never say “no” before trying our best to accommodate.

  • Our passports are ready! Whether your event is domestic or foreign, we’ll be there! Keep in mind, events outside of New York and the Tri-State area include additional fees. Contact us to inquire!

  • We provide guidance every step of the way, from helping you select vendors to reviewing contracts. While you’ll be responsible for paying the vendors directly, we’ll keep you on track by sending upcoming payment reminders.
